Recipe time!
We can't get enough of this super simple strawberry and banana smoothie! (Try and say that 10 times fast!)
It may not be strawberry season wherever you are, but don't despair! This recipe works perfectly with frozen strawberries. Grab a bag of some frozen strawberries to keep handy in your freezer for when you want to throw a quick and delicious smoothie together.
STRAWBERRY & BANANA SMOOTHIE

250mL full cream milk |

1x Optivance Mummy Smoothie |

As always, we recommend blending all the ingredients first, and then add the Mummy Smoothie in for a final, gentle blend. This will prevent causing damage to the gorgeous probiotics that are ready to do their work.
