SHIPPING

The standard flat rate shipping fee is $5.00 across Australia.  Free shipping is provided on all orders over $49.99 (i.e. $50 and over).

All deliveries are through StarTrack and orders can be tracked by clicking on the link provided in the Order Confirmation email.  All deliveries require a signature before they are handed over by the delivery driver.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please supply us with a physical Australian address. Deliver times may vary depending on the courier. The below table is a general guidelines on what you can expect:

3 Days:  East Coast Capital Cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane. QLD, Most major towns in regional QLD.
3-5 Days: Most major towns in NSW and Albury & Wodonga and rural QLD.
3-10 Days: NSW:  Regional and rural areas.  TAS
5-7 Days; SA: Adelaide, WA Perth
5-12 Days. Rural areas in NSW, VIC & SA. WA regional and rural areas, TAS rural areas.

Due to COVID19, we apologise for any unforeseen delays in delivery times. 

RETURNS

Please select your products carefully.  Because our products are consumable infant products we are unable to accept returns. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order carefully upon reception and contact us immediately at info@optivance.com.au if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item.  This will allow us to understand the issue and take corrective action promptly. 

If your product has been damaged in transit, we will provide a full refund of that item or supply a replacement product as soon as possible. 

Refunds
Where a refund is requested, we will require some photos of the damaged items and ask for your personal details to enable us to identify your purchase transaction. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
