Yes. Our Prenatal Vitamin Shake can be enjoyed while you are trying to conceive, helping you establish a simple nutrition routine before pregnancy.
Australian guidance recommends taking folic acid before conception and during early pregnancy, as well as considering iodine and other nutrients according to your individual needs.
Is the Mummy Smoothie safe if I have Gestational Diabetes?
