BOWLED OVER BY PEANUT BUTTER
We don't mind admitting, we were a bit surprised to hear so many mums saying peanut butter was a favourite addition to our Mummy Smoothie. Really? So, we decided to try it for ourselves and OMG, we're happy to announce, not only did it get a big thumbs up, but team member Tamar now finds herself daydreaming about this recipe. So here it is, so simple, so delicious, so incredibly nutritious:
• 1 sachet of Mummy Smoothie
• 250 ml cold water
• 1 banana
• 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
• 1 drizzle of honey.
Want to get the most out of the probiotics included?
We recommend blending all your other ingredients first (especially the ice) and then once smooth, add your Mummy Smoothie sachet for a gentle final blend. Even though there's a minimum of 5 billion in each serve, they are gentle souls who prefer a gentler touch.
