Blend 1 sachet of Toddler Smoothie to 180mL of milk until completely dissolved. We recommend to add a banana or other fruit they enjoy. Make sure it is completely blended and smooth. Try also making your Toddler's own favourite recipes by blending in added ingredients like yoghurt or mixed berries, or any other age appropriate healthy foods. Blend until smooth. Serve in a cup or Subo bottle. Consume immediately.
