Preparation and ingredient checks
Blend the recipe ingredients until smooth, following the current Mummy Smoothie preparation directions. Use clean equipment and enjoy freshly prepared. Check the frozen-fruit pack for any preparation requirements.
This recipe contains milk, sesame and nuts; LSA commonly includes linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds. Check every label, including the Mummy Smoothie, for the complete allergen declaration. Do not assume that an ingredient substitution makes the finished recipe allergen-free.
This is an adult recipe, not an infant feeding recipe. Pregnancy and breastfeeding Mummy Smoothies are supplementary foods, not total diet replacements.
