We created the mummy smoothie to help stay hydrated during your breastfeeding journey. Our mummy smoothie is recommended to be mixed with 250ml of water and can be made in 1-2 minutes and easily consumed while breastfeeding.

As a Nutritionist and a mother of two, I know personally how demanding breastfeeding can be and the difference good nutrition can make.
I’ve included whey protein, collagen and iron to aid your recovery and your recommended dietary intake (RDI) of seven B vitamins to help combat common feelings of tiredness. The inclusion of zinc, selenium, vitamin D and 5 billion probiotics provides a boost to your immune system and your milk supply is supported through the galactagogues (i.e. fennel and fenugreek) and Omega 3 fatty acids.

I have been using the mummy smoothie for 10 months now and highly recommend it. I love that the flavour is bland enough for you to be able to add anything you want to it. I have it each day with some ice and some milo. Very easy to drink.

Absolutely love these smoothies i don’t usually have breakfast so it’s made me have a more balanced diet having a yummy smoothie each morning.
I add half a banana and some ice into it each smoothie iv noticed iv now got more energy and can feel my body doing a happy dance 🙌 my nails are also usually brittle and iv actually had to start cutting them as they are growing fast and strong now too Thankyou Optivance your mummy smoothies are truly delicious and work wonders ❤️
