Breastfeeding uses extra fluid, making mums more thirsty than usual. It's essential to listen to your thirst and stay hydrated. We created the mummy smoothie to help stay hydrated during your breastfeeding journey. Our mummy smoothie is recommended to be mixed with 250ml of water and can be made in 1-2 minutes and easily consumed while breastfeeding.
