I’ve been really enjoying the Optivance Meal Replacement Shake. As a female in my mid-50s, I was looking for something convenient that would still give me good nutritional value, and this has been the perfect option.

One of the things that really stood out to me was the vitamin and mineral content. When I compared it with a few other brands, I noticed that the levels of many of the vitamins were higher, which is a super important factor for me.

It’s easy to prepare, convenient when I’m busy, and I feel like I’m getting something genuinely nutritious and tasty, rather than just a quick snack. Overall, I’m very happy with it and will definitely keep using it. Yum!!

I’ve been waiting for the launch of TGL Meal Replacement and have now been using it for two weeks. I have it every morning as a breakfast replacement, mixing the vanilla flavour with low-fat milk, and the taste is absolutely magic!
