This product is genuinely the biggest game changer as someone who struggles taking medication normally prenatals have been hard then add HG (severe morning sickness) to the mix nothing was able to stay down but these smoothies are amazing they taste pretty good on their own but I mix in a bit of hot chocolate powder to make it chocolate flavoured and it is perfection.

I've used Optivance preconception, in pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. I absolutely love it!!
The pregnancy smoothie is so convenient and never left me feeling sick, and is also much easier than taking pills. I really liked that it has DHA which most pregnancy vitamins don't (so you have to take separately) and the shake doubles up as a snack if feeling peckish.
I found the breastfeeding smoothie also served as an easy snack to help with extra hunger, and I also found that if I skipped a few days that my nails, skin, hair, etc. would feel dry and brittle. It also helped with my energy levels.
I never bothered to add anything else to it purely because I find it delicious on its own!
